Here's a collection of the food I ate in March 2018... half way through April 2018 ;)
We started March 2018 on vacation, so we got ourselves some outstanding donuts from Debrodniks Donuts in Kitchener, Ontario.
We celebrated Taco Tuesday with some vegetarian tacos. When we have tacos we go a little extreme, it gets messy but they are delicious and satisfying. Our favourite taco filling is the chorizo ground by Tofurky Company.
During a nice sunny day in March, we went downtown Cambridge and had some pizza from Melville Cafe.
I made some really delicious almond butter cookies. I "accidentally" used brown rice flour when I didn't mean too but they turned out great (and gluten free ;) )
One night, Curtis stretched his Chef muscles at home. It's always special when he has the time to put together a fancier meal for the two of us. This one was butter nut squash, cabbage, mushrooms and sweet potato puree and tasted amazing.
March was also when I picked up the Hot for Food cook book, Vegan Comfort Classics. If you like food, get this cook book. Every recipe is seriously banging. Throughout March, we honestly probably made the buffalo cauliflower and the orange tofu with fried rice 3 or 4 times.
